  O.C. alternative basket sleeves - OC 2-9 now moved to alternate placements (basket)

- Clear new greens & fairways - Keep up with work days, clear wire fence on OC #7.

- Tee signs & bench sponsorships - Josh is looking into bench's for this purpose.

Saturday & Sunday group play:
      Set Tee Times and Select League Leaders
  1. Saturday 1:00 PM - Doubles - Shelby
  2. Sunday 10:00 AM - Super Class - Josh
  3. Sunday 1:00 PM - Singles - Phil
Ace pot (optional) good for all 3 league events, entry is $6 with $1 to the club which in turn will donate a Closest to the Pin prize.

- Ice Bowl - Saturday February 27th, 2010

- Ace Race - for Fall 2010, TD Chris?

- Pleasant Valley Disc Golf Classic (USDGC Spot) tentatively scheduled for June/July

- other?? Seth Burton Memorial tentatively scheduled for September 2010 avoiding WVU football home games, work with other clubs in area.

-Hanging Score Point/Purchase Extra Score Point - Phil is going to purchase an extra score point for the WVDGA and look into hanging them up at tourneys.

-Scorecards/Maps for O.C. - work with Steve H. for maps and scorecard. Need GPS coordinates for all tee's and baskets on both courses.

-Update website (Chris)

Misc.- WVU "Disk" Golf Club contacts, Nick OC Trellis entry sign, purchase sleeve markers (PVC), signs for league events and meetings posted at Morris Park BBoard.

Next WVDGA meeting is Dec. 17th, 2009 5:30 PM at Gibbie's and will be our Holiday Party.
WVDGA Meetings in 2010 will be on the third Thursday of every month.
