Fort Mavis Disc Course

Hello everyone,
I'm currently construction a 9 hole disc course in Flat Top, WV. The course will be completely enclosed on my property. I have the simple layout of most of the hole, but would like some advice on setting it up further.
Here are my rough Specs.
Hole 1: Straight/Open/ Clear to basket. ~300ft
Hole 2: Gentle Right Curve/Open/Clear to basket 260ft
Hole 3: Left Curve w/ change to go out of bounds/Lightly wooded to basket 280
Hole 4: Left or Right Curve to basket, Straight shot Heavy wooded. to basket 120ft + Up Steep Hill
Hole 5: Straight if you can throw over water hazard, if not gentle left curve to basket 200
Hole 6: Lightly wood at approach, clear near basket 260
Hole 7: Gentle Left Curve / Clear to basket 230
Hole 8: Left Curve Lightly wooded at approach clear to basket. 350 ft
Hole 9: Gentle Right curve, downhill clear to basket 500 ft

Now, when install the basket I'll get an up to date reading with my GPS so some distances may change. I also have plans to put in a back 9, but due to elevation this will take longer to plan and design.  I have a rough design on www.fortmavis.com

Also, I've only ever played disc golf once or twice. I got turned on to it last year in Georgia, when a friend from the Ohio State Uni womens Ultimate Team, play a few round with me.

I could also use advice on pricing. Sadly I cant make this a free course at the moment. So, one idea is I'm thinking about offering memberships with prefered Tee Times. This is also do to my day job. (Inn Keeper)

Thanks for any advice

Cheers

Hello!

I am from Daniels, graduated from shady high. This is great news, I cant wait to visit the parents and try this one out. On a side note, there are talks (grumblings anyway) about Little Beaver state park putting one in, I am thinking up in the large fields next to the beaver country club. I am a little hesitant to think it will happen as the vandalism there is pretty high.

There are some people here who have put in courses that may be able to help you out, or at least give you some guidance.

How close to Winterplace are you, and if close, have you on maybe a sponsorship for a few holes?

That region of the state could definatly use a course or two, as the closes is another pay course at Songer Whitewater.

On a side note, I see you are also a caver! That's great man. If so, do you ever partake in OTR in Beverly, WV? If so you should make a side trip up to fairmont and play the Seth Burton course with us before the OTR festivites start.

thanks,
