The Ace Race Registration Push is going well with 20 players already committed and only 10 spots remaining. Only the first 30 registered players are guaranteed a player pack on the day of the event.

We will continue accepting orders for player packages ($25) after the initial 30 have been sold. Discraft will send us these extra packages after the Ace Race and they will be available for pickup from your local WVDGA club member.

To give more entrants an opportunity to compete (above the 30 player mark) it will be possible to "share" the extra disc in your player pack. This person (the "Sharee") must register for the tourney and elect to receive their player pack after the event.

Remember this event is about having fun. The more participants we have, the more fun the Dorsey's Knob Ace Race will be!

I knew I should have registered earlier today when there were only 27 on the list.  I'm going to go ahead and sign up and hope to meet a kind soul who will lend me a disc.  :-)  Hopefully 32 isn't a crowd!

Hey, there.  If you want to send me the disc that I threw today and keep the new one that comes in the player's pack that you get for me that would be cool.  If you wanted to have a brand new one instead of a slightly used (36 shotes) one, I would be totally OK with that.  Thanks, again, for the loaner!

Hey Jim,

 I spoke with Phil and he has yet to mail out your player package(s) yet. I did give him that Orange Disc you hit the ace with so, it should be in your package when it arrives. He underwent knee surgery a few weeks back and this has stalled the shipping of the Ace Race packages.

Should be in the mail soon, have a happy holiday!

Hey Jim,

   Worked with Phil last night on preparing the Ace Race packages. 2 Packages should be shipping to you today. Sorry they won't make it in time for Christmas but, should be a good belated gift.

   Other recipients will need to contact either myself or Phil to get their  packs.

Awesome!!!!  I'm really not worried about having them by Christmas.  I hope to have enough other plastic under the tree to hold me over until I get the player packs.  :-)
