A number of golfers and the head of the Warren County Parks, Phil Moore, came out for the official opening and dedication ceremony for the Jeff Soule Disc Golf Course. Jeff was on hand to help with the ribbon cutting and Phil Moore learned a little more about disc golf and vowed to get his staff involved with the sport.
