Bring your own partner doubles

No Pre-registration, sign up on the 16th.

Sign up- 8-9:30am, players meeting at 9:45, 1st round will start at 10:00am

Format- 1st round- Combined score
2nd round- Best shot doubles

Pro- $50.00 per team
Adv- $40.00 per team
Inter- $30.00 per team
Beg- $20.00 per team

$1.00 off for every canned food item brought, up to $10.00 per team. (10 cans)
There will be a prize for the team who brings the most food in weight. You can bring as many items as you like, the discount only goes to $10.00 though. The prize for most food brought is gonna be a good one.

Can buy 3 mulligans per person for $5.00 the first round only. Must use the mulligan shot. Only 1 mulligan can be used per hole. You will get 5 raffle tickets with the purchase of 3 mulligans. Extra tickets can be purchased for $1.00 each.

All canned food will be donated to:

6th Ave United Methodist Church, 1104 W. 6th Ave. Lancaster, Ohio 43130. (740-653-1196) Special thanks to Donna Shouldis, (Adult family Life Chairperson) @ 6th Ave United Methodist Church. Let's all come together to help out people in need.

If you want to donate any prizes, give them to any one of our crew members.

Payout: Entry, 50% to the players, 50% to food pantry.

Posts: 88 		Yep, I'll be coming over to Fairmont once again this year.  When there's an Ice Bowl or a tourney in WV, they're my first priority.  lol  Gotta play in this one & get all the practice I can for the Pleasant Valley Classic!
