Registration can be sent by mail or completed online via PayPal. IMPORTANT:
PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED BY APRIL 15, 2006!

You can make payments using your Paypal account by sending money to the following email address: register@pfds.org. Please include an extra $2.50 (pros) and $1.50 (others) to pay using Paypal and indicate your name, phone number, PDGA number, division, and "Indiana Open" in the PayPal comment box.

Posts: 88 		I'm planning on going to this tourney as well as the Ironwood Open which I've missed out last year. It'd be nice to have a group of us carpooling on the way up from Fairmont or Morgantown.
